I am trying to checkout but the system says my address is invalid.

We are sorry you are having troubles. Please ensure you are fully spelling the address labels such as route, county, road, street, etc. If this does not work, it’s likely that your address is not identifiable with our address capture system. Please call us to place your order at 888-410-1503.

I need to redeem my reward points but I do not see any in my account

Please ensure you have not already redeemed your points by checking your order history. In addition, points are issued for orders beginning July 2018 for Fitness and September 2019 for all other brands. Points expire every 6 months unless a purchase is made on the account, this will refresh your expiration date for an 6 additional months.

I redeemed my rewards points but I am not able to use the reward during checkout.

Sometimes if you abandon your cart, the redemption reward can remove itself from the cart. You can contact us here to request a review and re-load of your points, chat with us or call us for resolution.

I placed an order for a family member on my account. I want them to have the points; how do I do this?

In order to transfer points, we will need approval from the points owner. The email address that owns the points can contact us here and request the transfer. We will also need the email address of the account it’s going to.
